Air Ticketing
Through IATA and our Global Distribution System (GDS) providers i.e. Galileo and Amadeus, we are able to ticket any IATA accredited airline that is on the GDS platform. These airlines have to pass the International Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), as such they are both IATA and IOSA approved. In addition, we also offer Non-GDS airlines including Jambo Jet, Renegade,Safarilink among others. We book these airlines through portals that they have provided us, which are linked to our Mid & Back Office technology platforms. Many low-cost carriers prefer to operate outside the GDS environment, however, rest assured we can still facilitate travel for Non-GDS airlines. We do not favor any particular carrier when making reservations. We maintain excellent relations with all carriers for the benefit of our customers. One of our best practices is that we facilitate regular meetings between our customers and we will do so with you, as this provides a proactive approach to negotiating discounts, corporate loyalty programs as well as various value adds for you. We understand that much of your official business travel must be organized on short notice, thereby placing a premium on efficiency and response times in handling all travel related matters. For audit purposes, an open book principal will apply to support the operation between us.
Worldwide Hotel Accomodation
We will provide Worldwide Hotel Accommodation Reservation at your destination of travel. Our systems are automated, and we utilize various global hotel inventories to ensure that we can deliver value and the lowest prices available for you. We have five Hotel Inventories i.e. Travelport GDS Amadeus GDS Hotelbeds.com Bedsonline.com Through these hotel booking tools, we have access to over 1,500,000 hotels globally at the click of a button, hence delivering cost-effective and reliable hotels globally. Our best practices for hotel bookings include: › It is our standard operating procedure to always compare and book the lowest available rates: your preferred negotiated properties. › An additional value addition is that we will ensure that all traveller preferences based on loyalty numbers are considered, however, your travel policy will override individual preferences. › Efficiency in obtaining Confirmation vouchers from hotels › We go the extra mile to advise the hotel of all personal requests as documented in the traveller’s profile, for example, “smoking room or King Size Bed” › We process additional requests such as early check in or late checkout

Visa Services
Our Visa department comprises a dedicated team that is experienced in the day-to-day operations of the various consulates, embassies, and high commissions. For our visa service, we provide the traveler with the latest visa form and requirements for him/her to complete. Our visa officers will vet the application and attachments, and once our officer is satisfied, he will lodge the application with the relevant Embassy or Consulate, and follow up the application until the visa is processed. Our visa officer will then bring the passport back to our travel consultant who will then return it to the traveler. Meet and Greet
We offer an airport meet and assist service. The aim of the service is to ensure that your VIP guests and travellers are accommodated in the best possible way at our airports. For Arrivals – our representatives will meet your staff at the aircraft. They will have a paging board with our Logo and the name of the passenger. They will then redirect the client to a private van and escort them to immigration. Thereafter they will take them to the fast-track counters, where there are no queues, so that your VIPs are in and out of the airport in the shortest time possible. They will assist with baggage retrieval and then escort them to their appropriate ground transportation. In regards to departures, we determine where to meet the customers, however, ideally, it is best we meet them at their departures terminal.
